Guess my coment got deleted, but whatever.
I really was hoping this show would do well in the U.S. It seemed like a good way to follow-up on Dragon Ball's success, but 4Kids had to do their thing.
Didn't Funimation get a license for this? If so, what happened there?

Funimation has done a good job with it. They did not edit anything from the original Japanese airing. They provide the original soundtrack plus subtitles along with the english dubbed version.
