Method has been raiding as a guild for almost 4 years now, and for all of Wrath of the Lich King. We are intensely competitive in progression with other guilds on our server and throughout the world. We maintain a small roster (~28-30 active raiders) that allows everybody to play, but gives us some leeway to make certain raid comps for specific fights, as well as allowing our players a real life. Our roster consists of mature, experienced players who are actively competitive in all aspects of the game and we are looking for equally hungry players. A full application, raid experience, and positive attitude are not optional, they are mandatory.
We are currently nearing completion of our Wrath content and are looking to fill out our roster for end-game as well as Cataclysm (raids spots now means one in Cataclysm). We have been farming 11/12 ICC hard modes for several months now and are making a final push at Heroic Halion and Heroic Lich King. The content is important to us as raiders and anyone not interested in progress need not apply. We've seen and done it all so far and there is no reason to stop now.
What we look for in a raider:
We are interested in dedicated players with knowledge and experience at their class in the current content. Hard mode ICC experience is a plus, along with any previous hard-mode or old-world content experience. We require good attendance and consistently exceptional performance from all our members. Our raiding schedule currently is M-Th, from 7:00 pm server (CST) to ~11:00 pm.

1-2 full time tanks
2-3 Healing Paladins
2 melee, preferances towards a rogue and a warrior, will always consider exceptional ret pally
1-2 ranged dps
