Schedule:
Our current schedule is Monday through Thursday with invites at 6:45 CST PM to 10:30 CST PM. A raid attendance of over 75% is required. If you are not able to keep a raid attendance of over 75%, then this will not be the right guild for you. We keep a small guild of raiders with consistent raid time and attendance.

Current Progression:
We've been raiding as a guild for three and a half years. We went from Karazhan to SWP in Burning Crusade and fully cleared both Regular and Hardmode content within T7 through T10 in WotLK. Currently we have downed all bosses in T11, and have begun working on Heroic modes.

About Method:
Method is a guild on the PVE Greymane Server (CST). The guild has been run by the same people for over 3.5 years and has enjoyed a stable core group of people since Burning Crusade. Our main goal is to keep the guild's roster size small in order to maximize playtime and to have a consistent group of people learning the content, while still progressing at a pace that keeps content challenging (hopefully un-nerfed). We've been consistently the third ranked guild on our side of the server while keeping a roster size of about 32 people. A good personality is a must for us! It helps create an environment that keeps such a small core of people happy and interested while allowing us to have fun learning new content or farming old favorites. Theorycrafting, encounter/class research and high playtimes are all traits of our core raiders.

What We Look For:
We are looking for active raiders that are interested in 25-man PVE progression for Hard Modes. The most important thing we look for is the player's attitude - we need you to fit within our guild and be willing to work with us. Most of our players are over 24 years old and all have intensive raiding experience. This is more important to us than gear. We're looking for long-term players and not some one looking for a ride free ride over the next 2-3 months. Being able to fit in with our guild and having a consistent raiding schedule allows us to keep a very small roster as well as maintaining our high-caliber raid experience.

Raid Experience:
Along with your attitude, we would like you to have previous hard-mode and/or at least extensive raiding experience and a good grasp of the Cataclysm raid content. Experience isn't everything, but it helps. As long as you can show us that you are able to follow the strategies we use and adapt to the different circumstances found in a raid you will be fine.
