Guys I was wondering what pair of trinket would be better for an elemental shaman:

2x Spell power or
2x Haste or
1x Haste and 1x Spell power=

Considering while leveling, it really doesn't make much difference... go with the spell power. You'll get 4% mana back with each kill, as opposed to 4% health or 2% health and mana.

I would suggest equipping two of the kinds with spell power and mana gain. Much less down time and you can always throw a heal on yourself.
