Addon question

Yes so Hi guys!
Im curious what addon is used here http://wow.curse.com/downloads/packs...px?AddonPage=2 Im talking about the snowy toolbar skin. What addon is that?
The problem is that when im using bartender and sexy map and even tho ive put them really tidy they still look like diferent 2 addons while this snowy toolbar makes them look as 1 and its really neat.
So if you know the name of the addon, please post it with a small explanation of how to use it, thanks ^^

That's a ButtonFacade skin. Not sure which one, but I'm pretty sure somebody will be able to identify it.

The addon combines grid, chat box, bartender and sexy map into 1 toolbar

Sunn - Viewport Art - [This is the artwork horizontally at the bottom of the screenshot behind the actionbars.]
Bartender4 - [The actionbar addon.]
ButtonFacade - [Actionbar skin is set to circles it looks like.]
Sexymap - [The blue circle around the minimap.]

Basically, Sunn - Viewport Art is a design that goes on your screen. Unfortunately, it makes your screen seem a lot smaller because it crams the screen into a wider view when you extend the artwork vertically which is why most prefer not to use it.

Sunn Viewport + Sunn - Viewport Art Pack 9
Following the link from the compilation takes you to the description, and an image which helpfully displays the textures, including that snowy one.
The sexymap border can be created with a bit of fiddling with that itself.
