I do watch a lot of sports, really more for the competition than any specific teams (although usually skip things with awful teams playing though).

Also I think you can edit the post to put in a poll

I like to watch the NBA, specifically Portland. I also like college football, my favorite teams being Oregon State and the Ducks.

Not really a fan of the NFL.

College. Football. It needs its own thread too, and I'm extremely surprised one hasn't emerged yet. You all see the Stanford/USC game last weekend? Absolutely amazing, and Andrew Luck is the beastliest QB in the country!

College sports of any kind are not well televised here(Canada).

Well being from Portland Oregon, I am a Blazer fan, Tho I miss the 90's Blazers. That was some awesome times.

Football. Seahawks, (yeah I typed it) been a fan since I can remember.
Baseball. Meh not to concerned for it much anymore, too boring to watch on tv.
Hokey love it. Living near Detroit now, and well Red Wings fan.
    Collage football. GO DUCKS!

Thats pretty much it. Usually too busy to do much than watch updates on my phone anymore.

I'm European, so my primary major sport I watch and follow is football (I refuse to call it "soccer").

Favorite team is Liverpool FC in the English Premier League.

However, as an avid sports fan, I also keep an eye on american sports leagues, mainly the NBA and the NFL (Baseball doesnt appeal to me in any way, don't know why). I don't have any teams I support or follow specifically though. I just like to watch the games.

I can get really psyched when I see an awesome pass thrown by, for example, one of the Mannings, Mark Sanchez, Brett Favre or any of the other good QBs.

If only American Football didn't have so many play interuptions It's not paced very well.

Oh and, I also support any local team to my city, regardless of sport. That's just how I roll.

    Football (european) - Real Madrid

  18. #18
    Baseball - Florida Marlins
    Basketball - Heat
    Handegg - I don't watch this
Football - I follow the EPL and Liga BBVA, and *some* serie A. I'm extremely anti-ManUre and Chelsea, support Arsenal in England. But my #1 team are Real Madrid CF, Los Galacticos (maybe not atm, but when Zidane, Figa, Ronaldo, Roberto Carlos etc were around RM dominated all of Europe ^_^)

    Patriots.. that's it.

And I guess by State Law I'm required to say GO RED SOX. Even though I think baseball is kinda dumb..

Now good ol' American Football.. Let's get some big dudes in body armor and have them run as fast as they can into each other

Except they didn't. They won comparatively fewer trophies than in most other periods of Real Madrid's history, and the only undeniable success was in the sale of merchandise. With players that were admittedly the best of their generation, Real Madrid were incredibly underwhelming. The biggest mistake they ever made was selling Makelele "for not being a galactico", as proved by the fact that he went onto huge success at Chelsea and Real Madrid won nothing for 3 and a half years.
