Question about Background downloader

I was wondering how big the patch tomorrow is going to be. Is it pretty much going to be the same size as the PTR download? (around 15 gigs?)

And, how much do we actually get from the background downloader? Currently it says my background downloader is going to download 4.68 gbs of data. Once this 4.68 file is complete is that it? Or is there another round of background data?

So i guess my question is after we get all the background downloader data are we 1/3 of the way finished with the patch coming tomorrow?
