Im assuming Beast Mastery will still be best choice for leveling?

i think this theory is largely irrelevant now. part of the reason BM = leveling was down time (b4 viper) or time in viper aspect. now with focus we're never out of damage dealing resource for more than a few seconds.

however, i still think BM will be more faceroll. using the new MD glyph and a tenacity pet specced for tanking and (aoe) aggro should result in a rather trouble free 80-85 experience.
