Seeing that there no longer is an "Eternal Water" glyph, is the water elemental spell now permanent by nature or does the ability to make him viable for pve simply not exist anymore? Does he still retain the freeze spell if permanent?

Its summon spell still has a 3-minute cooldown, though, so consider investing talent points in Permafrost to heal it for 5-15% of the damage you deal.

Permanent pet is the bonus for going frost now and you keep teh freeze ability! It is one of the best things to happen... but RIP Winters chill
