yes we will still have the 10 and 25 lock outs in wrath it wont be till cate that 10 and 25 drop the same gear and share lock outs

The loot tables haven't been updated to be the same but the raid lockout for RS and ICC will be shared as of the patch, the rest of the WoTLK raids won't have shared lockouts unti lCataclysm.
