You waste two points in Arbiter of the Light. Here's what I came up with, focusing on straight healing:

EG MIGHT be better than Divinity, but I'd have to test it. If WoG is around 18% of your total healing or more, than it's better. If not, then Divinity is.

Dont get me wrong, enlightened judgements is a great talent, but everything else is too good to skip, we'll have to run in order to judge, at least till 81.

The remaining 5 should go to Divinity and Crusade imo, with Crusade being slightly better.

I don't understand why everyone is grabbing Arbiter of the Light. That is quite obviously there for Ret. It really is not a Holy talent. As for why Improved Judgement, it's for the range. Yesterday on live we had 40 yard range on Judgements. Without those two points in IJ, you'd be cut in half to 20 yards. And I saw one of you with a build that only has one point in Enlightened Judgements. That person only has a 15 yard range.

Why are people putting 2 into Arbiter of the Light? Im confused.

From playing on the beta, Eternal Glory is pretty sweet. It is a surprising amount of healing, especially if you can put 2/2 in it. Remember, you WILL be starved for mana, so that free instant heal is going to be incredibly useful. It also heals for about the same as Holy Light.

And get Protector of the Innocent! It is HUGE! With all the fast, instant, heals we do now you never have to heal yourself. I will gladly give up 3% haste for it.

I think when people look at Crusade they don't realize how much holy pallys use shock now. It is one of our main heals. That talent is better than just a filler to get to Pursuit of Justice.

I sincerely think people pick Arbiter because it looks like Seal of Light/Insight.

I definitely did that by accident once on PTR clicking too fast. Didn't notice until my boyfriend decided to mock me for it.

My planned build. Eternal Glory is just too epic not to pick up ASAP. Fill out Crusade and Improved Judgement once I can actually level.

I opted for the Holy Shock glyph because of synergy with Infusion of Light, plus HS ends up being one of our better heals. Glyph of the Long Word I'd like to try, but if it doesn't pan out or feel right I'd probably replace it with Glyph of Cleansing since I don't really care for Glyph of Light of Dawn. Maybe Glyph of Divinity as a mini-innervate, depends on how tight the mana is.

What's with the points in EJ? CAP OUT CRUSADE. Seriously. Crusade > Everything else you can get in either Prot or Ret. It is HUGE. Then you get either EG or Divinity, but I don't know which one is better yet because I haven't run numbers on it.
