You know that they've explicitly said that this won't happen, right? They're not balancing around level 80 (just like they didn't balance around level 70 when the WotLK patch came out). Just not going to happen. In addition, I'd expect class balance for 85 to take at least one more iteration.

well I'm in the UK and i still have 14 hours of waiting to do till my server is back up :-( any info on retri, balance/feral and frost (dk) would be greatly appreciated, so i know what to expect, ty :-)

If you're stuck at the loading screen, the server isn't up. Up implies its functional.
And its 12 past 6 PDT, so apparently they are running late.
