Increased by 400% = 100%(base) + 400% = 500%. Reduced by 2/3 = 500% * 1/3 = 166,6...%

So... melee were killing themselves on Thorns, specifically rogues. Imo, this just gives rogues more of a reason to blind, leave-combat, stealth, sap - For the duration of thorns.

Alternatively, Blind, CoS, Get 5x Combo, KS, Wait.
