race change now?

So i have been dying for the day troll warlocks get released.. i currently don't have the patch downloaded so cannot play. before i am able to do this (hour from now or so when i get home)not that 4.0.1 is released.. are the new race/class combo's in here.. and if so are they eligible for the race change 25$ feature. So if i wanted to change my orc warlock to a troll before i got home am i able to do this like.. Now. or do i still have to wait till cata comes out? please i would love an answer to this.

the new class/race combos will not be available until Cata hits dec 7th.

Technically they'll be available in 4.0.3, but when that's going to arrive is anyone's guess at this point. New races will not be available until December 7th, however.
