So, it would appear the changes have really taken a toll on my hit. I'm guessing we are still at 17% for the cap, but I've dropped well below. Thanks Blizz, I really wanted to have to change all my gear.

Any suggestions from the peanut gallery?

1. You're sure you're looking at spell hit?
2. Are you sure you're specced into getting hit from spirit?
3. ...Have you heard of reforging?

I'm more concerned with the fact that you use 2 cloth-items, replace with leather, normally having spirit on it. Spirit = hit. ?????. Profit.

i have 28% hit and that is as a boomkin in healing gear so ya lol...

Don't post something then complain when people actually respond and try to help. As was mentioned, you're wearing two pieces of cloth which is going to severely nerf your DPS, and you've had plenty of time to compensate as these changes have been known for months. You're the only moonkin I've seen who hasn't had to reforge DOWN due to having an excessive amount of hit.

As was mentioned, you're wearing two pieces of cloth which is going to severely nerf your DPS, and you've had plenty of time to compensate as these changes have been known for months. You're the only moonkin I've seen who hasn't had to reforge DOWN due to having an excessive amount of hit.

Hard to believe, seeing as how most of our gear is pretty similar, and I'm waaay below the cap now. Unless of course every Moonkin you've seen is a baddie rocking Resto gear, but that's a whole different story.

Yeah, and you'd probably get wrecked by someone wearing DPS gear. JS

I had over 20% hit when 4.0.1 went live today. I was able to reforge a ton to haste.

have you checked if you are actually missing? I just specced boomkin and the hit from spirit wasnt actually showing up on my stats but I was still landing all my casts.

Which pieces did you reforge Sun? I'm not seeing it on your armory.

Yep checked it through recount. It's not a lot, but it's still happening and that's a DPS loss.

Okay did some swaps to get my leather specialization (swapped out for Sanc pants with tons of hit) so now I'm over the cap...lol all that whining for nothing. Sorry guys guess I'm just tired today.
