I can't remember if Tranq Shot has a travel time or not, or if that travel time was removed.

If it does have a travel time, it would be more beneficial for Balance Druids to handle dispels on Shambling Horrors since Soothe does not have travel time.

The chances of that .01 seconds making a difference is pretty rare. Obviously whoever does the least DPS will be the one told to do that.

I'm kind of surprised they didn't do something similar with the Priest equivalent, at least not that I noticed. Neither spell was used much if at all, especially not at level cap.
