Enh - Soft Crit Cap

I did a search for this and couldnt find the exact number for enhance shamans in the 120 threads that popped up. Would someone be so kind as to inform me of the soft crit cap that enhance should get before switching crit to mastery with reforging? Thanks in advance for any advice/help.

You should be reforging Crit to Mastery (after Hit/Exp caps) regardless if whether you're at Crit cap or not. This will provide a DPS increase.
