Only the Background Loads

I downloaded and patched fine. But when i log in the only thing that loads is the background of whatever area my toons are in. I've tried on 2 different pc's and i get the same problem then it crashes. Any suggestions will be welcome.

Have you fully installed it or are you entering while the game is streaming?

Togarox may be right, you may still be in Part 2 of downloading the patch.
Part 2 means that "Not all of the Game Data is downloaded, but you can still enter the world."

Because you would not have all of the Data, it is downloaded as it is needed. Usually there
appears a loading bar whenever this happens. Do you notice one at the top of your screen ?
