Someone else found out. I don't have a link, but that's apparently what it is now.
It was previously stored as a signed 32 bit integer, meaning the max amount of money you could have was (2^32)-1 copper. I wonder what it's stored as now, as it obviously isn't that integer anymore. The coding can probably go higher, but they capped it right below one million gold just for simplicity. I dont know , you need to have above 214K 714G and something to hit it. Unless you did it and you are not getting error of getting gold
