BoomKin, Resto Druid Haste Cap?

Does ne one know this? Im trying to reforge and need to know.

As of 4.0.1 what is....

Boomkin Haste Cap?
Boomkin Hit Cap?

Resto Druid Haste Cap?

A blue post said in cata (think 4.0.1 also) is not possible get the haste/crit cap in any spec. The made the gear so you can't get it.
The hit cap is the same and you can check it on your character info (17%)
Moonkin (shaman also) share gear iwth resto so we get hit from spirit. Change all your gear to spirit if you need hit and reforge hit to spirit because spirit give the same hit but also give you mana regen and that is important to moonkin right now because our regen is broken (at least lvl80+)

if ur going OOM in cata as a boomkin ur doing something wrong the Talent Euphoria should do that job for u at least in pve situations...
