[LF addon] Diminishing Returns Tracker

For those that don't know Diminishing Returns is a term mainly used in pvp (from what I know) that describes the lessing of effects like stuns of silences when used in quick succession over and over. An example would be this

Rogue opens with cheap shot.
Rogue kidney shots you soon after that.
Rogue then vanishes right after the kidney shot, and cheap shots, thus causing half the duration of cheap shot.

Now many of you may know or count the DR in your head, I find that to be a bit unreliable. (human error sucks)
The problem is that I cannot seem to find any that are up to date. DR tracker and Chronometer haven't been updated in years. I myself don't know the first thing about writing addons, and with college, now isn't exactly the best time to try and learn.

Heres what Im looking for...
A addon that is up to date and has options to either add new DR's to track or has all the new DR's added. It would also ideally work outside bgs and arenas.
