Not to mention that I couldn't disperse in Bone Spike on Marrowgar last night. Hopefully not intended.

Meh, that would be cack, dispersing those is a life saver. Spike+fire+bonestorm in yo face? Disperse!

Hoping it's a bug, especially with the bonespikes.
"Dispersion can be cast while stunned, feared or silenced and clears all snare and movement impairing effects when cast, and makes you immune to them while dispersed."
Bonespikes seem to silence and stun you, so i don't see why we can't disperse.
