Achievements?

I appear to have lost some of my achievements when I logged in yesterday after the patch. I think I lost around 40 or so, anyone else get this?

I only got 2x Feats of Strength from 4.0.1:

Despite having the 1000 Emblems achievement already. I guess the other Feats of Strength will be added in later patches.
