Best gaming desktop?

Ok, so im wanting a new computer for Cataclysm. Im in the range of about 1000%. What would be the best one in your guys opinion? Dont get into the building, and all the other techy stuff. I know a little bit about computers but not that much. Thanks a bunch.

For a premade system quite a good deal i would say , will run wow on max settings and is of course DX11 compatible.
