Did Blizzard just hotfix an ilvl requirement onto Awakened LFR?

ok I'm having really bad issues with the new patch.. and I'm not even on the updater part! It's the downloader and it gets to 59%... then freezes and says my firewall is the problem but even when i disabled it it still wouldn't work... any ideas?

I don't think these are the tech support forums. But turn off firewall and close and repoen wow and try again?
