I've heard that ICC 10 heroic will drop 277 items? is this true? if so, does that also mean that LK 10 hc will drop 284 weapons and Invincible reins?

loot has not and will not change for current content, the only thing that has changed is the flexible raid lockouts for ICC and RS

The only thing that is happening is that 10man and 25man are sharing the same lock-out to prepare for cataclysm, the drops and achievements are staying the way they are.
