no. you're not supposed to spam heroic strike/cleave on cd.

Thats why I suggested that we would be able to store a little rage in case you missed a Gcd.
Just because our rage bar would hold a extra 20/40 rage does not mean we would accumulate the rage faster but instead we would not fail to gain rage due to already having a full rage bar.

I came into this thread expecting a request for a better UI element for the Rage bar.
I left disappointed.

OT I'd wait until we have all our abilities, and our stats are where they're supposed to be.
