Every time I zone someplace with a loading screen, or summon a new pet, its always around 25% health. Anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it?

It's always happened for me, 4.0 was doing really well but then I noticed it was happening about 90% of the time. This is calling after dismissing and mounting about.

Oh god, don't remind me, it's frustrating me to no end. -_-
It is, its your client knowing your pets base stats, and reporting back to the server that your pet has X health (base, around 6k) before recieving the scaling information from the server which pops the pet to 100% health.
On live I usually run with 70-110 ms latency. On beta I see 200+ms latency. On beta I see it happening most of the time, onlive very rarely - and only when my latency is spiking, giving my client a chance to report back to the server where I am, what I've done and my stats are (however or whatever it is the client transmits). It is probably more likely when dismounting because your client is "streaming" data to the server and keeps doing so after you dismount.

Ugh yes I have this prob all the time. In fact I had it before the patch and would waste most my mana healing my pet when zoning in. Well now I dont have the mana prob but my pets health still is at 25% while zoning in or calling my pet.
