I had the same thing happening with the Shades in a FoS PuG earlier, seems stuff that uses the Shade model and death animation is getting it.
Every time I saw it I couldn't help but imagine some ghostly voice shouting "Whyyyyyyy?!"

Noticed it in SM:Graveyard the other day. Obviously the Shade model has a broken death animation.

The shade mobs in OK were doing it as well. Except all I could see was the top parts of their torsos and heads. They were kinda creepy.

The Eyes of Naxxramas in Stratholme have the same pose when dead. Kinda freaky.

at least the revennants death animation is still the same. i always get a giggle hearing their pissed of screams of fail :P

4.0.1 has been doing a lot of weird things with graphics.
Even on ultra settings people in my Uld 25 drake run couldn't see the frost rings on the ground for Hodir.My name is Cernunnos, I will love you like no other, I have died a thousand deaths, each time I died I thought of you.
