I don't like it that much, for some reason they 2d hair is ruining it for me and it has to many human characteristics for an elemental, doesn't look finished though.
It needs bright jewels for eyes,a more rocky mouth and visible diamond nipples.

I like it, reminds of some old stone-carved fertility statues I saw at a museum once. The general design fits quite well but I think the face is, as someone else put it, a little too human.
