what do I do and how do I check this little mastery problem

I redid my pally on tuesday evening.

Everything looked fine.
then wed evening I redid my druid.
The first thing I saw in training was MASTERY and ARMOR BONUS
I did not get those on my pally they weren't even listed.
I went to the trainer on my pally and they are not listed.
WTF do I do now?

how can I tell if they were turned on or off on my pally..
I didn't look for this last tuesday because I didn't even know they existed.

And if you did and are having a legitimate problem, please be more accurate.

Look in the general tab in your spells and abilities window (P) and see if Mastery and Plate Specialization are listed in there, if not, see your trainer to train them. Don't forget you need to be lvl 80 for both of these abilities to be trainable.
