So does this mean if Im moving I should automatically refresh bane of doom and corruption no matter how recently I last cast it? (as demonology but I assume it should be the same regardless of spec)

Bane of Doom has a cooldown, Bane of Agony doesn't work properly with clipping due to being backloaded.
You should not redot corruption while moving unless it's about to fall off, you have better buttons to press
Soulburn Soulfire
Death Coil
Shadow Ward
Use teleport more so you move less
Life Tap
Bane of Doom does not have a cooldown.
I should state that I haven't actually pressed Bane of Doom in a month, so ignore my statement about it. You still have better buttons to press.

Is it so bad to want warlocks to be the best played class in the game?
Basically, if you clip your dots between the last and second last ticks, you don't lose the last tick any more - it's added to the end of your current spell. Thus if you have 0 haste and cast UA, you have between 3 and 0.1 seconds remaining for UA to land on the target, and the new UA will have 15 + However many seconds were remaining. This new UA will have 6 ticks with the first starting at 15.0 seconds.
Actually I dont believe you are correct about bane of doom having a cd, you can stand at the target dummy and keep reapplying it as fast as you can spam it, I do like the soulburn soulfire idea though. Death coil of course if its off cd and Im able to face the boss. Shadow ward, well situational. As far as life tap goes I just dont find I ever need to (at least in a 25 man raid).
Let me rephraze the question a little then, assuming I'm unable to cast anything else (or dont need to lifetap) is there any reason not to simply reapply corruption or bane of doom while moving?
