What's being removed and when?

I've been reading the front page ever so often and noticed that achievements such as "The Undying" and "Champion of Ulduar" are being made FoS. I was just wondering when they are being made FoS. Is it an incoming patch quite soon? Or until Cataclysm is released? Also any other achievements that are going, that would be worthwhile to get done now as well.
