Ability tooltips displaying incorrectly?

after reading the hotfixes on the front page (long list of feral buffs yay) i got on my druid ofc but the tooltips still displayed the coefficients and damage %'s i.e. shred does 225% and does an additional 666 dmg... is this hotfix implemented yet or are my tooltips just incorrect? need a clarification :/

in reference to the changes list on front page not all of them went thru yet, example "blood surge will proc a instant rage free slam"

the slam is not free yet (tested) when the missing changes will go live im not sure

alright cool. i probably shouldve tested some of the changes on my other characters instead of coming to the forums directly... im silly >_> but uhh thanks for the reply, thats good to know.
