Last Word is pretty sub-par, honestly a 251 with better stats is much more worthwhile.
WTF at your helm enchant. >.>
10 stats is sub-par.
Unless there is a red gem in your libram your meta isn't active, put a str/stam or something in your helm. Not 100% sure on what offers the best stats as far as red sockets go now since agi no longer gives armor.
I'd also say go for the 30 stam/15 resil shoulder enchant over 20 dodge/22 stam.
Dodge DRs pretty hard around the point you are getting close to so the extra stam outweighs it.
Other than that, everything else looks pretty good.

Also, professions. Even if its like... mining/bs or something like that, having them is better than not. (Could be a bug but going to assume its not?)

and no enchant on Gloves? get a +18stam armor kit, it's cheap and effective.

Match the helm's socket bonus.
Put a 30sta gem in your libram.
Get 15expertise enchant on gloves.
Get 225armor enchant on cloak.
Get 275hp enchant on your chest.

LE: Strange helm enchant, lol. Get an Arcanum of the Stalwart Protector for it.

Expertise is not nearly as important now, nor has it ever really been worth enchanting.
