I used Squishy + macro in Vanilla. Grid in both TBC and WotLK. And will use default frames if they give it more options for customization, if not. Grid.

I never liked Clique, HealBot was utterly horrible and VuhDo is something I've heard that exists but that's it.

I say Grid !

The new UI looks good. I may end up sticking with that, though I may return to grid.

Never liked healbot

I've used Grid+Clique, Healbot, and Vuhdo, and Vuhdo has come out on top as my favorite. More customizable than Healbot, and more user-friendly than grid. Whatever your preferred UI set up, it probably has a way to set it that way.

Clique+Default might start to become more popular though.

Grid + Clique. Grid's more accurate than Healbot in terms of health deficits and such, and more customizable (if you know what you're doing with it) than pretty much every other healing addon out there.

Tried out Vuhdo and it annoys the hell out of me, so I won't be switching to it ever. Easier to customize than Grid (By a landslide) but I just didn't like it.

However, the most amusing addon to me was Healium

Might try Vuhdo if it works with 4.0
