4.0 Pally's

Since WoW has nerfed our poor pally's I have been completely turned around. I think I've got my builds down (I run Prot main, Ret secondary) and was hoping for some advice on my rotation (both) and ret build.

I've been mostly spamming Avenger's Shield. for rotation. Help?

Ret was always my secondary so I have not messed with the mechanics as much, however I am aware it's been messed up too.

My char is name: gelidafolii Server: Llane (mmochamp wont let me post links yet)

** Wowarmory doesn't seem to be updating...fail so if you look me up on armory it is still showing my old prot build, but my ret one is correct. I am now running the same prot build as character: Afriel server: Llane

SotR > Avenger Shield > Crusader Strike > Judgement(for mana)> everything else is filler
