Enchanting Changes Build 13202

So with the recent changes taking all the fun enchants off ranged weapons it looks like once again we will be limited to dull & boring scopes with + hit or + crit.

Surely it wouldn't be too difficult to create some enchants with procs that work on ranged weapons.

You are balanced around not having proc weapon enchants. And besides, Berserking and the like aren't fun or interesting and are simply a short duration stat buff that balances out with your +Agility or +AP enchant.

I know - I was hoping for some cool proc enchants for ranged weapons.
