Do you think with this maintance tuesday 19/10 that the quest with cultist will go live?

I personaly hope so, but.. your guess?

More than likely not.

I can't imagine them pushing back to back major content patches, especially given how the first one went.

You do realise that the twilight cultist quest line is in patch 4.0.1 and all they have to do is activate it just as they would a holiday event. As far as do i think it will be activated today i doubt it my guess is they will activate it after hallows end.
