Affiction Over-Nerfed?

Hey,
Is affiction getting over-nerfed? Accordim to simcraft affi is lower dps then demo and destro...
I really enjoy the affi gameplay but I don't see reason to stay affi nowadays, my guild is forcing me to go destro since its way more dps. Am I wrong or there's no point to be affi ?

The fact that you "don't see reason to stay affliction" and your guild "forces" you to switch to a higher dps spec should answer your question right off the bat. Seeing as things are still going to be getting better balanced with this last patch, affliction is probably just at the wrong end atm.

Affi~ is 2-3k dps under destro and Drain soul got 50% nerfed... I wouldn't call it balance but w/e atleast we have a nice raid-wise buff as affi.... oh noes
