    Simple Question

Sorry if it's been answered before. I searched but... /shrug

Can you fly over the ocean in Cata? For example From EK to Kali.

No.. for the simple fact that they are two seperate instances and as I know it, you can only trigger the shift between those with portals, ships and zep's.

EDIT: If you try and fly across you will bang into an invicible wall at some point.

Exactly what people have said. All three continents are separate instances, as are the places that were added in TBC: Isle of QD, Ghostlands, Bloodmyst Isle, etc. Anything that has to load is separate and can't be accessed without taking a flight (that ports) or a ship/zeppelin.

It's kinda like asking what happens if you fly to the east of EK or the west of Kalimdor - you will either die of fatigue or hit the edge of the "instance". Also, remember that the visual representation of the world is just that. It is not to scale in any real way.

Thanks for the replies. It's not like its not possible for them to do. Look at the entrance to ghostlands from EP. I was thinking it would be something like this.

    All well. Boat it is.

If you fly upupup do you eventually end up at outlands?
