I got the hallowed helm from last years Hallows end, but the achievment stuff isnt counting the one i currently have anymore? anyone else having this problem?

I don't know why you posted to the Cataclysm General Disc. for assistance with a live server event. If you need immediate assistance, or your question answered head to the wow forums under their General. Writing an in game ticket would be a good start as well or asking your fellow guildies.

Most achievements aren't copied to PTR/BETA.
The achievement requires you to loot the item, just having it in your bag doens't count.
P.S. Since you are posting in the Cataclysm forum I am assuming that you are asking why you don't have the achievement on your BETA character.
