You cannot leave dungeons via the Dungeon Finder while in shapeshift form.
Just one of the less annoying 1,000,000 bugs they introduced with 4.0.1 (and that were working fine on PTR).

This is a bug which affects druids in form. just pop out in humanoid form and you should be alright. Apparently known by blizz and they will fix it, just like the gazillion other bugs at the moment.
