Not everythings a pattern you know. They might have a longer version they might not.

When the Blizzcon schedules were first posted people noticed that panel and wondered why it was stuck on the second day. If the were debuting the cinematic there, it should be the highlight of the opening ceremonies. Other people, who've been to previous Blizzcons and know the type of panels they have, pointed out it's most likely a behind the scenes "making of" type panel. That's how you fill an hour with a 2 and a half minute cinematic.
