Hey guys, has anyone set up a BiS list since the 4.0 changes? I have been searching around (totemspot/google/here) and can't seem to find one! If anyone could point me in the right direction, that would be great! Thanks for your time!!!

I dont think there is one its a waste of time to make one so close to cata release

Well, there's no site where you can reforge stuff, which would be pretty useful to cap out hit and get some mastery.

But in terms of items, it should be something like this:

There are a few items that could be used instead of those, namely Necrophotic Greaves, Amulet of Silent Eulogy and Ring of Rapid Ascent. It really all is a matter of how much hit you need (it depends on race too!).

Just simply get T10(4P) with upgrades, then look for items with most Intellect>Haste>Crit on them.
It's ok to use off set pieces with flame shock glyph while you upgrade T10 pieces.
So basically Cap hit after that get items with most Intellect on them and reforge crit or extra hit/spirit to Mastery rating.
