Drain Soul and updating DoTs

Now that DoT update themselves, what happens if you start channeling Drain Soul when the boss is at 25.00000000% HP by accident? Does it still only do the one check at the start of the cast, or will the tick register (by the time it happens) that the boss is now on <25%?

Yeah for corr it's only on cast, but for UA If I recall it resets on damage. It doesn't refresh BoA anymore because of how BoA applies it's damage.
