Which staff should i use?

Well I know they aren't accurate anymore, that's why I said as of 3.3.5, I was hoping someone might actually have the current PP values.

Just check your scale factors. PP is not and never was a reliable way to gear. It lead to a lot of Priests mis-gearing because they were analyzing based on the wrong values, or simply confused by what the number actually meant. Find your scalings and gear accordingly. Currently it's worth color matching for virtually any socket color though. Int/Spirit/Haste are Red/Blue/Yellow, and also your top 3 stats all at very similar scaling. Virtually any DPS bonus will make it worthwhile to match colors.

Step 1: Gem to Int, Int/Haste and Int/Spi in all gems.
Step 2: Check your hit%. If under 17% Reforge some Crit to Spirit. If over 17% Reforge some Hit to Haste, or Crit. Get as close to 17% as possible.
Step 3: Reforge the Crit on any Crit/Hit, or Crit/Spirit items into Haste.
Step 4: Reforge the Hit on any Hit/Haste items into Spirit.
Step 5: Pew pew?
