4.01 Trade limit: Love it/Hate it Why/Why not?

It sucks, and for the one fact I like trolling, and it usually goes something like this.

I love it!! in combination with the Badboy addon...it has really cleared up swear chat on my server. And if it stifles your fun, GOOD. Play the game and let trade chat be what is was intended for...trading.

You are right, a joke is not funny without a punchline. But here is a more realistic scenario:

noob: asks question
you: answer
you: trolling
you: punchline
me: report spam
me: puts you on ignore list permanently

If your main pass time in the game is to troll and flame in trade, I will do my best to see that you have a holiday from the game, or at least make it so I never have to read your garbage.

Sorry spammers doesn't get banned from stormreaver eu, blizzard is too busy with 90% of the realm being ninjas. Also, why would you report spam, AND ignore, no need to doublebag that sucker, if your trust in blizzard is so strong.

I double ignore because report spam only works for that log in session, /ignore makes it so I won't have to see the shit ever again.

I haven't really noticed any decrease in the amount of stupidity in trade due to this. Still seeing Thunderfury, skill/talent/whatever linking with a certain word, racism, politic arguments, trade chat whores. Nothing's really changed.

Get Badboy. You can add Thunderfury to the list of words in the cleaner plugin and will never see another spam of that. Or Bacon, Anal...etc.

It's wonderful. No more 4-5 lines of macros from single person, or ASCII-picture spam.

I hate those 4-5 lines either raid spam or guild spam!! ASCII are usually worth it though, but it will be happily sacrificed for those spammers.

Simply awesome addition. Of course there was addon that did the same by filtering copies of same message away but still. Now Ravencrest's trade channel is readable instead of normal 20 messages per second speed where your chat message's buffer memory will be full before you manage to read a full sentence of message that was just posted.
