!! MAINLY FOR CATACLYSM!! (but we are recruiting right now)

Howdy.

Most of the players from Vek'nilash probably know the name Crysipt by beeing one of the top guilds on the server.

Along with core aswell as new players from both Crysipt and old Frantic is now reforming Crysipt as a rock-solid 10 man "hardcore" raiding guild that simply aims to be at the top with everyone else, and WE CAN achieve that! BUT WE NEED YOU!

Our guild consists of players with both high PvE aswell as PvP experiences, we are a bunch of social funny guys that can differ from beeing serious on raids, to having fun out of raids, and thats the most important thing for us.

We dont have any officers or classleaders, everyone is expected to know their class fully. We use the simple need/greed loot system, if you need something, you press need. Guild concerns is discussed with everyone, and everyone has a vote on things.

We now seek:

1x Well geared healer of any sort

Since we are a 10 man guild, we try to keep it that way with attendance, we EXPECT you to have atleast a 90% raid attendance, we dont use backups, if youre in, youre guaranteed a raidspot.
This also leads to the other thing; If you don't perform, youre out! We simply cannot afford people who falls behind.

Standard requirements follows as:

* Be mature and atleast 18 years of age
* Be able to handle and take criticism at ANY level, if you don't perform your tasks, you WILL hear it.
* We speak english both in raidchat and on voicechats, we excpect you to have a microphone, and to be able to speak in it fluently.
* Do everything you can to min/max your character, this includes theorycrafting, gemming correctly, enchanting correctly, coming prepared with flasks/pots and enough gold for repairs for a whole night of wiping.
* Having the right attendance, don't leave us unnoticed if you cannot attend/going to be late.
* !! DO NOT RAIDLOG !!

BIG +++ if you own a second healer since everyone in the guild has 2 characters with the same role for optimal setups and 2 raid ID's (Tanks has 2 tanks and vice versa, doesn't have to be the same class)

We raid 4 days a week; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. 18.30 - 23.00 with possible overtime if everything goes well.
