No, and if there were one it would be illegal afaik.
Edit: There will be sites posting videos/blogs/pics/etc. but no, you can't watch it for free.

While it is illegal, feeds will inevitably show up. I somewhat doubt Blizzard will be too aggressive in taking them down, as this is a promotional event, after all. That being said, I strongly suggest against posting links to those live feeds on sites like this, as it will not only probably get you banned but it could get MMO-Champion in hot water.
If you want to find out such things, troll around streaming sites like Justin.tv and Ustream. If there's leaks, that's where it will be.

Well, just wait a few days and youtube will be filled with blizzcon vids.
And ofc, there will be alot of posts all around the internet with people writing summaries of what happened at blizzcon aswell.
Or you could pay $40 for the stream.

They never did last year. There were tons of restreams out there. I didn't pay for it last year and that's how I watched it. However, I paid for it this year due to these people streaming it kinda of a win/win situation. Originally Posted by ShockASU

there are streams where you can watch it for free just gotta know where to look and no im not gonna watch on free stream i got a ticket ticket for it
